Improving your sleep

To mark World Sleep Day on Friday, 15 March 2019, the university of Leicester will host lunchtime talks from three of our academics – Dr Michael Okun, Dr Tamara Gheorghes and Dr Volko Straub.

They will look at:

– The function and stages of sleep

– What happens when we don’t get enough sleep, including the effects on memory and learning

– Lifestyle habits that can influence our quality of sleep

– Tips for a good night’s rest.
